The 2018 Farm Bill has is now up to the House after Senators overwhelmingly supported it Tuesday. Ag Committee Chairman Pat Roberts encouraged his colleagues to support the bill. “It’s a good bill that accomplishes what we set out to do. Provide, again, provide certainty and predictability for farmers and families and rural communities.”
Before the Senate voted, Roberts commented on the compromise legislation. “We have made tough choices, being judicious with the scarce resources we have on behalf of the taxpayer.
