A farm affiliated with one of China’s top feed producers has culled nearly 20,000 pigs due to a suspected case of African Swine Fever. The farm, located in the Liaoning province, is the largest farm to report the disease to date. China’s Ministry of Agriculture also announced three new cases of the disease in the province, two in Panjin city and one in Tieling city.
China has reported more than 30 separate outbreaks of the disease in nine provinces since early August.
