The director of congressional relations for American Farm Bureau says the successful farm bill markup in the Senate does nothing but help the House.
“We know there are striking differences on certain titles between the two chambers (so) I think if the House wants to be able to be at the table and see any of those reforms possibly considered, they need to get their bill done and to conference with the Senate.”
