An Arkansas judge has tossed out Monsanto’s lawsuit against the Arkansas Plant Board Friday.
Monsanto sued the state agency after it banned dicamba use between April 16th and the end of October. Sixth District Circuit Judge Chris Piazza referred to a State Supreme Court ruling that makes it harder to sue the state, and he didn’t see how the Monsanto suit could go forward when the Plant Board has immunity from lawsuits.
